Frank put a hot water tank into our house. At this time my husband asked him if he could do bathrooms. Frank was given a check on Feb 15,2012 and cashed it right away. After several calls to Frank,he finally came by to start the job on March 1, 2012. Matt did all the work. Nothing else was done until March 5,2012, and Matt was at a standstill because Frank had not dropped off supplies nor did Matt have money. My husband gave Matt some money to get supplies that were needed so that we could get a little further on the bathroom. The city inspector came by our house asking where the building permit was. Stop work order was issued. Frank was called by my husband and Frank hung up the phone on him. Later on that evening Frank then came by the house and seen the Stop work order. He did not us until March 20th at which time he said that he would have to write up a new contract and charge us for all the fines that he now had to pay. Frank was fired from the job. Mind you we had now given Frank $3200.00. (more than half of what was quoted for us) I thought that Frank was a man of his word. So sorry that we hired him for the job. more

we had frank come out to repair furnace that other company could not repair they said they would have to send two more experienced techs than himself they did absolutely nothing and said we would need a new inducer motor possibly new furnace etc. etc.and charged $239.95 frank was in and out in minnimum time repaired furnace successfully and only charged $75,00 we were very satisfied- would definitely call again and highly reccommend him- would never allow c&c on my property ever again more

I hired Frank and his crew to complete a commercial plumbing and mechanical job in Troy. Initially, Frank said all the right things and showed up on time. As time progressed Frank became more and more inconsistent. I payed Frank a substantial down payment, at which point he removed his workers from my job onto another project and left me hanging for over a month. When Frank Fratt did return he and his workers became more and more unresponsive and outwardly disrespectful. Furthermore, he and his main worker Matt were unable to install a thermostat onto my commercial ""Trane"" A/C unit. Frank blamed everything on either the manufacturer, past workers or on the fact that ""NO ONE KNEW HOW TO FIX THESE THINGS!"" He dragged the job out for several weeks and ""TRIED, unsuccessfully to jack up the price, although we already had an agreed upon contract for the work....even though he could not even fix the problem!!! He threatened me with a lien and other vulgarities, until he ultimately just disappeared and never returned calls. I later hired another company to complete the job and which they did in less than a day! Overall Frank and Matt were full of typical Macho bully tactics.
