I hired Frank and his crew to complete a commercial plumbing and mechanical job in Troy. Initially, Frank said all the right things and showed up on time. As time progressed Frank became more and more inconsistent. I payed Frank a substantial down payment, at which point he removed his workers from my job onto another project and left me hanging for over a month. When Frank Fratt did return he and his workers became more and more unresponsive and outwardly disrespectful. Furthermore, he and his main worker Matt were unable to install a thermostat onto my commercial ""Trane"" A/C unit. Frank blamed everything on either the manufacturer, past workers or on the fact that ""NO ONE KNEW HOW TO FIX THESE THINGS!"" He dragged the job out for several weeks and ""TRIED, unsuccessfully to jack up the price, although we already had an agreed upon contract for the work....even though he could not even fix the problem!!! He threatened me with a lien and other vulgarities, until he ultimately just disappeared and never returned calls. I later hired another company to complete the job and which they did in less than a day! Overall Frank and Matt were full of typical Macho bully tactics. I highly, highly recommend to stay away from this company.
