Frank put a hot water tank into our house. At this time my husband asked him if he could do bathrooms. Frank was given a check on Feb 15,2012 and cashed it right away. After several calls to Frank,he finally came by to start the job on March 1, 2012. Matt did all the work. Nothing else was done until March 5,2012, and Matt was at a standstill because Frank had not dropped off supplies nor did Matt have money. My husband gave Matt some money to get supplies that were needed so that we could get a little further on the bathroom. The city inspector came by our house asking where the building permit was. Stop work order was issued. Frank was called by my husband and Frank hung up the phone on him. Later on that evening Frank then came by the house and seen the Stop work order. He did not us until March 20th at which time he said that he would have to write up a new contract and charge us for all the fines that he now had to pay. Frank was fired from the job. Mind you we had now given Frank $3200.00. (more than half of what was quoted for us) I thought that Frank was a man of his word. So sorry that we hired him for the job.
