Franklin Street Tire & Auto

I was referred to Franklin Street Tire & Auto by a friend of Ruben's I brought two cars to Franklin Street Tire and Auto and plan to take a third one there. He gives great quotes and lets you know exactly what your car needs, and doesn't need--which is a good thing! I like Franklin Street & Auto's timeliness--he lets you know what the work will be finished and will finish by that time. I needed tires and Franklin Street Tire and Auto had low-price tires. I was going to sell my vehicles so Sammy got the tires on my vehicle. After he did, I was surprised at how well the car ran! Sammy Pulido was the person I worked with the whole time at Franklin Street Tire and Auto. He was great and I really liked him a lot. He was efficient and friendly. It was a great experience with Franklin Street Tire and Auto. Ruben was awesome and got everything done. I was calling around, and just speaking with Ruben at Franklin Street Tire and Auto made me decide to use them. I liked the fact that they were very polite and very nice when I took my car in there, and they got it done very quickly. For the first time, they put two tires in on my wife's car, and for the second time, we went back to put in two more tires on the same car. However, when I went the second time, they never checked my tire alignment even though they were supposed to include it. It took an hour and a half to do that. The guy didn't have time so he just said to come back whenever I had the opportunity. That was their only downfall. Otherwise my experience with Franklin Street Tire and Auto was fantastic. more

i dont know anything about tires, but i was very impressed with the personal at this establishment. they sell the best recongnised brand in michelin at this location, but little did i know based on how i drive annually, that michelin was not nessarly the best choice for me. it feels so good when you have someone on your side when it comes to buying tires, and to know you have choices to meet your economic needs. the sales staff gave me the control to make a good buying decision, and with a quality tire. i learned more about tires with my visit at this establishment. my hats off to this store, all my friends and family will know about this awesome store. more

I found Franklin Street Tire and Auto in the yellow pages, and went to them for the first time to get new tires put on my vehicle. I thought my visit was very professionally handled, and efficient. They did a marvelous job. I needed specialty tires, and they had to have them shipped from Bakersfield. They got them in and on on the very next day. The experience was great, and I highly recommend them. more

I first heard about Franklin Street Tire and Auto through my brother. He had a good experience there, so I brought my car in recently when I was experiencing brake issues. They were really great with diagnosing the problem. They took me in right away, and had the job done when promised. They did a great job, too. I thought that Franklin Street really had their act together. They seemed really efficient, and their place was nice and clean. Overall, the are a very good establishment.
