It was a great experience with Franklin Street Tire and Auto. Ruben was awesome and got everything done. I was calling around, and just speaking with Ruben at Franklin Street Tire and Auto made me decide to use them. I liked the fact that they were very polite and very nice when I took my car in there, and they got it done very quickly.
For the first time, they put two tires in on my wife's car, and for the second time, we went back to put in two more tires on the same car. However, when I went the second time, they never checked my tire alignment even though they were supposed to include it. It took an hour and a half to do that. The guy didn't have time so he just said to come back whenever I had the opportunity. That was their only downfall.
Otherwise my experience with Franklin Street Tire and Auto was fantastic.
