BEWARE 6/3/2016

As home owners in need of certain repairs, we sacrifice a whole day’s of work to anticipate any service personnel to come to our house and fix the problem. I scheduled one with Frank and Lindy and they gave me a time between 1-5 pm for them to come. As the time passed, I had to call twice to remind them of the appointment and they repeatedly say that someone is on his way. No one ever showed up at all the whole time I was waiting the whole evening, and no one called to cancel. I don’t have any comments about their work, but I find it utterly unacceptable and unprofessional for them to set up a time and not show up. This company has no respect for your time and the money that their customers lost for taking a day off. I hope none of it’s future customers experience the same experience that I did. more

Great service 9/11/2015

Mike was professional and polite as he helped us unexpectedly replace 3 toilets and fix some pipe issues in our new home. Really appreciate Frank and Lindy's approach. Definitely recommend. more

Outstanding Service from Ken Blanchard 8/29/2015

Ken fixed two plumbing issues that we had this year. The quality of his work is superb, and he is always on time and friendly. Ken is also generous with offering advice and tips and my wife and I recommend Ken without hesitation. Overall pricing from Frank & Lindy is average, and they stick to their original quote (no surprises at the end). We have been used Frank & Lindy for over 7 years, and are very satisfied overall. more

Excellent, honest service 8/14/2015

Ken from Frank and Lindy arrived on time, quickly assessed the problem, and explained pricing. Costs were reasonable compared to other estimates and I appreciated the fact they were standardized. Actual repair was also quick and problem was immediately solved. more

GREAT SERVICE 6/20/2014

I was hesitant about using Frank & Lindy as I had heard that they were expensive. I couldn't have been more wrong. Not only did I get an appointment quickly, but Wayne provided service that was beyond what I had expected. He was courteous and quickly found the problem, explained what needed to be done and the cost and quickly made the repairs. I was so happy with the service and pricing that I signed up for their Annual Service Agreement and am now a loyal customer. Thanks, Wayne, great job and definitely a good representative of Frank & Lindy!! more

Quick diagnosis and great resolution by Ken B. 5/27/2014

Major leak caused by leaky valve and full septic tank. The situation was quickly and correctly diagnosed by Ken. Ken was very professional and well spoken. He resolved the leaking and resulting back up issues very quickly. I have found a company for all of my future planned and unplanned plumbing needs. more

Service was prompt and efficient; I called in the morning with a plumbing problem, and Mike arrived before noon. The company called and let me know that he was on his way half an hour before his arrival. Mike was responsive to questions and comments, courteous and professional. Cleanup was efficient and thorough. A pleasure to do business with him and this company! more

Quality service and great techs 6/3/2013

First time using this company and I can say ill be calling them for future repairs. Kenneth was great, he explained everything that he needed to do he was clean and was done Within the time frame he had said. Friendly employees 3/21/2013

I have used F&L a couple of times and I have no complaints. Ken was friendly, helpful, and quick to diagnose and fix the problem. He even cleaned up after he was done, which I'm greatful for. Other companies I have used in the past are not as organized and have such friendly staff. I'll definitely be calling them next time I need work done. Thanks more

So happy to finally have a working faucet! 2/28/2013

Being a divorse woman with two children is though on its own. But finding a reliable plumbing company I have found it to be even worse. When Ken came to my door I was not expecting it to go so well. I had previously hired a local company to fix the same issue Ken was here for. This bathroom faucet just wouldn't stop leaking! The other company charged me an arm and a leg and yet I still had the same issue. Ken came in, explained to me why it wouldn't stop leaking, and explained what he was going to do to fix it. He cleaned up after he was done even though I told him he didn't have to.. That's always a plus on my book. And needless to say I haven't had an issue with the faucet ever since. Great job f&l more

Emergency replacement of heater/boiler 2/17/2013

A few weeks ago, our heater/boiler combo died - in the wee morning hours - in the dead of winter. We randomly looked up HVAC companies and luckily came across Frank & Lindy. First, they were the only company who said they could send someone by 8am. We quickly learned we needed a replacement, it couldn't be fixed. Chris C came a few hours later to order the right replacement and to talk financing. He understood the urgency of getting our heat & hot water back quickly. He personally picked up the unit to ensure it would be installed the next day. He also took the time to work with my insurance company to find out what if any would be covered. The next day, just as promised, Kevin & Chris V showed up before 9am and get the new unit running by 6pm. They were very skilled and friendly - explaining all valves and how the system worked. I would definitely call them again for any HVAC needs. more

Excellent Service 12/20/2012

I called Frank and Lindy when my water heater broke, Marc arrived quickly and resolved the problem within a timely fashion. He was also kept me informed throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this company again as I had absolutely no problems: they're professionals with an expertise in plumbing and showing they truly care. more

Frank & Lindy - great service 11/16/2012

I had a simple plumbing job, apparently it was too simple for the plumbing service I used to call. So, I called Frank and Lindy. They sent a plumber the next day at a time that was convenient for me. Mike was wonderful. He gave me options for fixing the problem, and while he was there, he discussed other plumbing issues in the home. He was knowledgable, curtious and got the job done right the first time. Thank you Frank, Lindy & Mike! more

Wayne assessed the problem with the heater, quickly and in a very professional and pleasant manner. I have had Frank and Lindy perform many repairs in my home.
