A few weeks ago, our heater/boiler combo died - in the wee morning hours - in the dead of winter. We randomly looked up HVAC companies and luckily came across Frank & Lindy. First, they were the only company who said they could send someone by 8am. We quickly learned we needed a replacement, it couldn't be fixed. Chris C came a few hours later to order the right replacement and to talk financing. He understood the urgency of getting our heat & hot water back quickly. He personally picked up the unit to ensure it would be installed the next day. He also took the time to work with my insurance company to find out what if any would be covered. The next day, just as promised, Kevin & Chris V showed up before 9am and get the new unit running by 6pm. They were very skilled and friendly - explaining all valves and how the system worked. I would definitely call them again for any HVAC needs.
