Review content:
As home owners in need of certain repairs, we sacrifice a whole day’s of work to anticipate any service personnel to come to our house and fix the problem. I scheduled one with Frank and Lindy and they gave me a time between 1-5 pm for them to come. As the time passed, I had to call twice to remind them of the appointment and they repeatedly say that someone is on his way. No one ever showed up at all the whole time I was waiting the whole evening, and no one called to cancel.
I don’t have any comments about their work, but I find it utterly unacceptable and unprofessional for them to set up a time and not show up. This company has no respect for your time and the money that their customers lost for taking a day off. I hope none of it’s future customers experience the same experience that I did.
