Confidence, excellence and professionalism 4/8/2014

I purchased my Hyundai Tucson from Frank Hyundai in 2009- I have had all of the maintenance work done there since, and would not go anywhere else. Manny is my service representative, and he is terrific! The mechanics are exceptional, the treatment of the staff and other employees is always welcoming and comfortable. When I get ready to purchase another vehicle, I will take my business to Frank Hyundai, National City! more

No appointment no problem 4/1/2014

I was taking a last minute trip to Las Vegas and needed to get an oil change and new wiper blades on my Elantra. I went to Frank's about 10 am the day before without an appointment, they took care of me and I was out in 45 minutes. Can't beat that. more

I like the friendliness of Franks Hyundai. I bought my Accent there in 2011 and just had it serviced & a new battery last week. Chris the Service agent was very nice and personable. He wasn't pushy or intrusive about my car service needs. more

Another shoddy oil change 3/15/2014

After an oil change on my new Sonata there were oils drops on my garage floor. After cleaning up the oil I drove to work, and the next day there were more oil drops on the floor. This persisted for several days. I had to make another appointment with the Service Department to correct this problem. This is only the second oil change on this vehicle, and both times I have had a problem with oil leaks. If the technicians at Frank Hyundai can't perform a simple oil change how can I trust them with more complex car issues? more
