Manny, the sevice advisor was superb! 3/13/2014

I took my car in for warranty work as well as a few other things. Manny kept tabs with me at least twice a day to provide updates. He was efficient and I will always keep working with him for repairs. When I picked up my car he opened the door and found grease on the carpet. He said that was unsat and got some cleaner and got it up. He was on his knees. Great job Manny. If you leave I go see here. more

Go elsewhere for service 3/12/2014

First visit was so so, second visit was AWFUL. Wait times for even simple things like checking in (20 minutes) and out (45 minutes) were ridiculous. Terrible communication. more

Included with my oil change, etc., I also needed to buy four new tires. The service rep helped me pick out the right tires for my vehicle at a good price and the concern for his customers is outstanding more

Everytime I've brought my sonata for service here, no matter who handles my case, I've always experienced great customer service. From oil changes, to tire and break replacement, and an engine overhaul I've never felt like just another number but always personalized attention to my case. CHRIS now usually handles my case and he is awesome. Jose and Manny are great also. Bonus to Hyundai for a military discount. Also make sure to check for their service coupons and discounts! more
