I have never been disappointed at the salon for any service. I live in Oswego so it is a bit of a drive. I know that some of your services are highly priced. But I save $25 on a color compared to a salon in Naperville. more

I had a no chip manicure and pedicure with Dawn and she is excellent. She is a perfectionist, so I always look perfect when I leave the salon and I feel so beautiful because she does such nice work. more

I have been coming to this salon and seeing the same stylist, Alex for years. She always does an amazing job, so no matter where I lived in Chicagoland I would make the trip to see her. The staff is very nice and welcoming and the facility is excellent. If you are looking for somewhere new to go and a new stlyist visit Frank Gironda and ask for Alex! more

Nice but pricey. 12/5/2011

You have very talented people, but there are much less expensive services available in the area. Your prices are very high, and seem to be rising, which is difficult in this economy. Also you never offer coupons, or specials for standard services, and there has never been any "reward" for referring friends, which I have done several times. Repeat customers should be sent coupons in order to keep them. Otherwise we are always looking for specials at other salons. more
