You have very talented people, but there are much less expensive services available in the area. Your prices are very high, and seem to be rising, which is difficult in this economy. Also you never offer coupons, or specials for standard services, and there has never been any "reward" for referring friends, which I have done several times. Repeat customers should be sent coupons in order to keep them. Otherwise we are always looking for specials at other salons.
