Why don't you have the name of the stylist available on your site. I use Red Door site often and find it great but don't want to just tell you haircut at 9AM on a certain date without telling you who I want the appointment with. more

Great Place 8/17/2011

I was in just last night for the first time, and overall my experience was great. The front desk staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome. My appointment was with Brandi, she was great, listened to me and gave me exactly what I wanted. The only thing I would improve on was the waiting area-maybe more seats. As a guy going into a salon can sometimes be intimidating, but not here. The atmosphere was great, everyone was happy and not stiff like most upscale salons(the desk and my stylist where even joking around with me). I will defiantly be back! more

Messed up 8/17/2011

This FG salon has been a nightmare for me.The reason is I misplacing my gift card worth $250,BUT I having been spent almost half that amount,before misplacing it.So I thought,like in many big brands,they have your data saved and information about your give card including the balance saved.BUT no,they would not issue me a new GC with the remaining balance.Sorry will not go there and will advise others. more

Great Service 8/16/2011

Came in for a wash & blowdry and was serviced by Gianna - not only did she do an amazing job as my hair is really curly/frizzy to blowdry straight -- she did it super fast and with such a great attitude. felt like i've known her for years -- very sweet and personable :) definitely will be coming back to see her again more

Recent visit 8/15/2011

My stylist is not able to be with us as she recovers from a serious surgical procedure. Her stand in was great. She listened, and performed her professional duties very well, and not an air of attitude did I detect for a booking of a one time client. That was nice. thanks again. more

Perfect Haircut! 8/15/2011

I came back for a second haircut with Megan, and I can't tell you how happy I was when I left. I've been struggling with styling my hair most of my life, and she was able to get it to lay right and even told me how to style it the same way in the future. Surprisingly, I was able to do it myself the next day. Thanks again for a great experience! I can't wait to return. more

Pavina is the best and works very hard to provide an excellent massage. I've been to many theripist over the years and she is the best. I am a club member and sometimes its hard to get a Saturday Appointment. more
