This place is how all auto shops should be! I am a college student and was nervous having major car troubles away from home, but Franc's took great care of me and my car. Not only was the price extremely reasonable, but they are honest and went out of their way to call my dealership and my automotive shop at home to make sure they were giving me the best price and the best fix-up. They took the time to explain to me the issue and how they chose to fix it. I appreciated their service and the people there were so nice! I will definitely be coming to Franc's again, and will be sure to recommend it to others. more

Great Service - Honest People - Good Prices! 4/10/2009

This is the way auto service places USED to be a long time ago. They do excellent work for a fair price. They remember you and they are very thorough in explaining exactly what you need to have done to your car. They never try to hard sell you anything. It is so obvious that they take pride in the business that has been in the same family since 1949. In the lobby, you can see all sorts of interesting pictures dating back to the 50's. I used to waste my money at a Toyota dealer that ripped me off. Now, I got to Franc Motors all the time. They'll give you a ride home if you need it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! more

Good neighborhood car/truck service shop 6/20/2008

They have been in business for over 20 years and handle many of the truck service calls on Route 84. They are located near Willington Pizza and worth a trip for an estimate for your car service needs. more
