This is the way auto service places USED to be a long time ago. They do excellent work for a fair price. They remember you and they are very thorough in explaining exactly what you need to have done to your car. They never try to hard sell you anything. It is so obvious that they take pride in the business that has been in the same family since 1949. In the lobby, you can see all sorts of interesting pictures dating back to the 50's. I used to waste my money at a Toyota dealer that ripped me off. Now, I got to Franc Motors all the time. They'll give you a ride home if you need it. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
