My wife & I would like to thank both fox portrait studio & the photagrapher, Malisa. They treated us like we were the famuos Prince & Princess of england on our wedding day. They new exactly what pictures to take and malisa knew how to not only get you to smile but hel[ped in how to pose to help with the profile picture look its best . She made the atmosphere feel like she knew the whole family for a lifetime . All our guest had nothing but very good things to say about the photogragher and wich helped in making a very good wedding for all !!! I just picked up my story art book album and I love it! They did such a nice job of putting together all my photos into a wonderful album. The photographer from Fox was so cool. She really knew how to capture the moment and tell a story. I just love the Victoria Chapel. We had our wedding in the back on the lake. It was an awesome day, blue skies and swans even swam by. All and all a great experience. My husband and I are very satisfied and would highly recommend both Fox Studios and Victoria Wedding Chapel. Pros: Location! My wedding pictures from Fox Portrait Studios at Victoria Chapel were really beautiful! Compared to other ""professional"" photographers, the prices were unbelievably reasonable, and I loved the poses! The Chapel setting on the lake is super picturesque, and the ladies at Fox Studios were very accomodating to me and my families requests. I would recommend Fox Studios to anyone! Pros: Lake location, Good prices, Good service Cons: Photography room is small, but they will take you outside on the lake for photos also more

Well I have not seen the potraits yet, hopefully they turn out better than I think they will be. The photographer was horrible, he was very rude to my family and has no patience for babies. The poses that he was trying to get us to do were impossible and uncomfortable with children. He was to much in a hurry to get done and leave, he yelled at my sister and imbarrased her badly. Her clevage was showing a bit on the top when she would sit down, nothing bad and he said he does not take pictures likr that. It wasn't like she was trying to let them hang out. He continously was showing aggravation when it came to the children and was constantly rude to my father because he did not understand what the photographer wanted him to do. He did not ask nothing but demanded everything! more

My wedding was at Victoria Wedding Chapel. The staff of the Chapel were wonderful! Fox Photography was recommended; we booked their services. The photographer was very nice to me and my family; he made us feel like we were the most important people of the day (and we were). We are picking up our photo proofs this afternoon and will follow up on a review of the quality of the photos. I decided to use Fox Portrait Studios because they had a package with the adjoining wedding chapel and because they came highly recommended by them. Like the above review I had to wait outside for them to unlock their doors when I was on time. I had to make out a list of the poses i wanted the day of my wedding and paid in advance.The day of the wedding the photographer was dressed inappropriately for a night time wedding, she was rude, in a hurry, and completely unprofessional. She yelled at my mother and mother in law to be. She had both in tears. She expected me to remember all the poses because she had forgotten the list of poses. She took the pictures on the lowest resolution and most were blurry so i could not order anything larger than a 3x5. She also stood in the way so my friends and family did not to see my husbands' and my first kiss (which ended up being completely blurry).When we went to pick out the pictures for the wedding I had complained to the lady in the office. She wanted to know what I wanted her to do about it and never offered an apology.They took forever to process the prints when we picked them up 1/2 our prints were missing (replaced with another wedding from christmas-mine was July). She said well the lab made a mistake and found my pictures elsewhere. The 11x14 had lint, scratches, and was very blurry. She offered to print another 11x14 (the only one of our first kiss--- was too blurry to print). She advised me they would send me the 11x14 to save me the trip. I am still waiting 3 months later...for that print and I feel I will never see that print. Thank God my family took pictures of the day so I have some good pictures. But she was in the way for most of those poses and so i am remionded of her rudeness everytime I look at the pictures. To make maters worse when I watched my wedding video I heard her yelling at my guests and family. What a horrible way to remember the day!!! PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS STUDIO!!!! more

A few years back my husband and I had a sitting at Fox Studio's on Northwestern Hwy. We were very pleased with the service, the location and professionalism of the staff. So this year with our new daughter we chose Fox Studio's in Waterford (Northwestern had closed). What a mistake. First of all they had their door's locked at our picture time, so with our newborn baby we were standing outside on a cold March morning (9:15 am) banging on the door and calling from our cell phone's to unlock the door. Then they took us to a garage in the back of the building, that wasn't heated and not clean to take our photo's. When in the garage the photographer's camera batteries weren't working and she kept leaving to get new one's. To top it off, she had no patience for a new baby and barely took any photo's of the family - just rushed past them. After all that when we ordered the photo's they said they would be in in two weeks and it took over a month. Forget about ordering extra's either - they wont include them in the original bundle package and you will be paying full price for them. My advise - find a different place to have your memories taken. Pros: The Photographer's Assistant Lisa has a gift to make babies smile. Cons: The Photographer, The studio, The price more
