New Toilet 1/19/2010

I bought a new toilet and scheduled an appointment for Fox to come out. Heath came out and informed me that the toilet I bought was the wrong size. He was super helpful and gave me a few options that Fox offered in the size I needed. I ended up buying one online. It was delivered today, I called Fox to schedule an appointment and BOOM they were out within 20 minutes of my call. An hour and a half later I have a brand new thrown! I would highly recommend these guys. They are not only friendly but also very helpful and professional. Pros: Arrived same day more

Outstanding Service!!! 12/25/2009

I had a competitor come for a quote for a leak in our kitchen pipe. They said this was a very difficult job, and could result in a repair of over $8000. I then called Fox Plumbing. The associate that arrived looked at the leak, said it was a fairly straight forward job, should be OK, and quickly done. He finished in 1 hour, did some extra repairs to our faucet, and was so friendly and humble. I was so thrilled and happy! I will continue to use Fox Plumbing for any future repairs. Thank you! No more crying after Seattle freeze 12/15/2009

After the Seattle freeze we had a copper pipe burst. Will from Fox Plumbing came right away and to replace and repair this water pipe. The best part was that the actual cost was much lower than the estimate. Yahoo! Pros: Replaced and repaired outside water pipe more

Excellent Plumbing Company 12/13/2009

During our recent cold snap here in Seattle, I thought we had frozen pipes. I called 3 other local plumbing companies Friday, December 11th. One said they were a 24 hour company and would be out between 9 and 11 p.m. Friday. They later phoned to say they would not be able to come. I did not here back from them Saturday even after calling them again myself Saturday. A friend told me about Fox Plumbing. I called Saturday afternoon around 2:30. The service from Savanna at the office was fast and efficient. Chad did very nice work and took care to make sure everything was perfect before he left. He helped get all of the gas appliances back on line and answered all of my husband's questions. more

The faucet was spraying and I didn't think anyone would come immediately...they drove up knew how to turn outside water off, and fixed with parts in truck. They also gave cash discount , and coupons for future work. Thank you Pros: Fox fixed water spray in one hour right! more

Chad arrived at night within half an hour of being called. We had broken pipes and a flooded room. He worked efficently and quickly, finding several breaks caused from the freeze. He was polite and trustworthy. I would have him back again. I was extreemly thankful and pleased. Pros: do the job right the first time more

I have used this plumbing co. before and feel comfortable I'm not being ripped off/oversold. I believe customer service is important to them and that's why I used them again.
