Four Star is absolute crap. The maintenance requests were never filled. The things they said they would fix before we moved in were never fixed, even after a year. They never returned our calls or emails, and managed to dump our lease on another rental company before the lease was up. They lost pages from our file, which resulted in us having to pay thousands of dollars in damage for the things Four Star SAID they would fix BEFORE we moved in. Our property manager was never working, which made it difficult to ever contact him or understand what was going on with our (incorrect) online ledger. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I have never had such trouble with a rental company before, and I will never recommend them to anyone else. They take advantage of students and find ways to make you pay a lot of unnecessary money. Avoid this rental company. more

I didn't have the greatest experiences with my tenants. I hired 4 Star to basically deal with everything, and they did! They finally got money flowing back into my pocket and thankfully a new tenant once the bad tenants lease was up. I'm glad I called 4 Star I couldn't of done it without them! more

I was living out of state when I first signed with them about 15 years ago. They were just as good as if I lived nearby, and the communication was excellent. When I moved back to Denver it got even better and I have been comfortable trusting them with my properties every since. more

We hired 4 Star to manage our property for us and it was the best decision we could have made. We just couldn't keep up with everything ourselves. Our tenants are all happy and appreciative of the change and our property has been kept up and in great shape! more

I am a student renter and I've been here since I started school 3 years ago. They were very thorough in explaining the process and they have been an all around great company to work with. I doubt I'll be as lucky next time, but I'm happy I was as fortunate this time around. more

I used to live in a condo that 4 Star manages, and they have been doing an amazing job making sure it's being rented and the tenants are nothing less than the best, and of course take care of it. I think 4 Star should change their name to 5 Star! more

I would like to bring to your attention what a pleasure it is to communicate, and problem solve with Alisha Still at your Pearl Street Fourstar Office. I am a tenant that has had some issues with my sump in the basement. Alisha has taken my concerned calls, gave me immediate attention, and then sent out the appropriate people to help me! She is always cheerful, prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. Fourstar is very lucky to have such a dedicated employee! more
