They guys that did the initial inspection we’re very knowledgeable and informative. The installation crew were very prompt, courteous, and professional.

Worst

Overpriced for services provided. Offer you their preferred home warranty with discount pricing that you pay a big premium for, and then the price of their service doubles!

Master bath remodel 1/19/2019

I’m so very pleased with the workmanship and ideas Four Star has given me! This remodel has been a challenge due to my not being in the home at time of work! Doing this project long distance has been made so much easier thanks to Four Star!!! more

Technician John 1/11/2019

Your technician John, is fantastic. He arrived about 1:30" and stayed till after 5:00. He tried to get this Honeywell thermostat working properly. Having no luck, and contacting Honeywell directly he replaced the thermostat. He still could not get the new thermostat to work, after numerous attempts. He arranged a joint meeting with our internet provider and Four Star to try to solve this issue. We can't thank John and Four Star enough. more

Employees are prompt and explain as they go. If they see something that they see needs to be done they bring it to your attention for the customer to make the decision on what do do with the situation. more
