Owed a mobile home. Hot water tank leaked (that was inside a wall) awhile before I notice. Causing mold to the floor and wall to several rooms (including the floor where my part of my air unit is). They came to inspect the damage. The first guy told me what they were going to do, the cost, and stated it would be 4 to 7 days from start to finish. Another guy (mold) came out the same day stating it would be closer to 10 day. I agreed and job was going to start on a Monday around 10am. I took monday off from work to sign the agreement and put a down payment on the job. I call them on Monday after noon time to find out when they were going to show up. They at this time stated they had to cancel due to several of these workers called in. I should have called another company at this time. Lost a days pay for what, nothing. They started on Wednesday had to disconnect the a.c. unit. the guy that came out stated They will leave two portable a.c. unit. Only one unit was left and the filter was dirty that I cleaned. They did not come out on Thursday. They did come out on Friday disconnecting the hot water tank. The person that come out stated they will reconnect a hot water tank close by for not water use. Did not happen. Next week they send 2 workers to remove parts of the wall and floor that was damage. After they left, I red's a call stating the beans underneath needed to be cut and that would cost extra. I asked them to show me what they needed to do, so a person came out. After he looked, he stated they didn't take all the floor up like it was suppose to be done. No beam needed to be cut, but at the end they charged me for there mistake. When they started they put plastic walls up. They took them down. I came home one day to find my whole house filled of dust. When I called them. The person on the other end of the phone did not believe me. At the same time one of there worker showed up and I have them the phone. They hired a cleaning person to clean my house. This meant any food out needed to be thrown out.
It took just over 3 weeks.
They did not show up every day. Even asking them to communicate with me several times, only about 20% of the time they commit with me.
Lost money on my part. Days pay (when they did not show up or call). Good and several thing that could not be clean (toater, ect). Had to go to laundromat to wash clothes, no hot water.
Discomfort, no hot water. Small A.C. Unit.
One of the days they said they could not work was due to my 2 dogs and 1 car in the house. I took my animals out of the house every day even when they did not tell me they would be there.I
I did talk to the owner. All he said was he was aware and that he was sorry about it.
My fault was They did not show up the first day. I signed no contract. Beware when using this company people.
