They guys that did the initial inspection we’re very knowledgeable and informative. The installation crew were very prompt, courteous, and professional.

Worst

Overpriced for services provided. Offer you their preferred home warranty with discount pricing that you pay a big premium for, and then the price of their service doubles!

Been a customer with four star going on 6 - yrs, wouldn't think of changing companies, always on time or before they said they would actually arrive, they stand behind their work -- great staff and technician's.- great company- when you need a job done right the first time call four star plumbing & heating. more

Four Star is superior to all companies. No one even comes close to them when it comes to integrity, dedication and taking pride in their work. If you want a company you can trust look no further. Their goal is to put you first by showing up when they tell you they will be there and then doing all work with such professionalism. They know if they treat you right they'll have your future business. They will also be fair in their pricing. Less than other companies and their work will be done right the first time. They stand behind their work. They will have my business forever and I will recommend to everyone to contact Four Star. If you want to pay more with horrible customer service than call someone else. If you want the best prices with oustanding customer service then call Four Star. I've recommended them to five people and they've thanked me. Thank you Four Star!!! more

Service tech was good and helpful in recommendations. 3/1/2018

Was told a service rep. would be here between 1-3 pm . Instead, rep. was here around 4:30 pm. Tech. was great and made recommendation to install a better cut off valve for water to the unit. more

I have had Four Star for my rental home and now that i live here for the home we are living in. They do excellent work, their prices are good, and they don't have you do things that are not neccessary. They have very courtious workers and are there when they say. more

Always had good response & service 2/7/2018

I have called them for my heat/air and they came out in terrible weather and put in a new unit. Always calls & are there when they are suppose to be. They are suppose to be fixing a water leak and putting in a water heater today and I am sure they are doing just that. more

We have dealt with small mom-and-pop businesses in the past. When we would call for further service they would not back up their previous repairs or worse, they’d be out of business. Dealing with 4Star is a pleasure . They guarantee their service and are truly professional more

Needed quick service 1/19/2018

I’ve learned the hard way as a landlord Of multiple rental properties,when your far away, you are at the mercy of the contractors when you need them. I recommend your company to the lady in 808. I do feel $1200 for a standard water heater is over priced. Most people would agree. more
