My husband sent me flowers for our anniversary. I arrived home 4 minutes after they had been here (at 12:30) and left a note. I called the florist and an unfriendly woman with an accent answered. She said they would TRY to redeliver but could not guarantee it would be back today. (mind you this is July 16th, not Valentine's Day and Clarksville, not New York City!). I told her that if it wasn't here for my anniversary she could refund the money to my husband. It came within an hour. I heard others have had her attitude also. I would not do bussiness with them again!
