Timing and cost was as budgeted, no hidden surprises, and the best value for my hard earned dollars given that I compared his quote to 3 other reputable service providers. Last January we had a water line break in our family room. What a mess!!! I called Fort Mill Water Damage at 6am and had someone at our home before noon. We were very pleased with their prompt arrival and the work done. The workmen were professional and respectful of our home. I would recommend them highly. more

In February of 2011, our basement that had all new carpet and freshly painted walls became soaked with water. We called Fort Mill Water Damage and they came to our aid very quickly, they set up their equipment and did what they do best. Then, one year later, we had water in our basement once again. Granted, it was due to my own fault of clogged gutters that needed to be cleaned out. Fort Mill Water Damage was at my home within 90 minutes and again did a wonderful job; they remembered our home from the year before and had a very caring attitude. I really appreciated the professionalism. more

Took the initiative to set appointments and meet them at the exact time. They rearranged their schedule to accommodate my availability. Service provided exceeded what was expected to be performed. stop searching and call 3/22/2012

This is a note to thank Fort Mill Water Damage for the excellent service we received during the devastating storm we experienced. Our basement flooded and our relatively new carpet was soaked. Our plumber suggested that we call you. Frankly, we thought that the odds of getting someone out to help us during that time would be slim, at best, due to the heavy demand caused by the storm. However, Fort Mill Water Damage came with their magic machines and saved the day! They were courteous, pleasant and efficient. We were very impressed by them. And, the final inspection was an unexpected bonus! Thank you all for a job well done! more

AMAZING! 3/20/2012

Fort Mill Water Damage did an excellent job coming in and cleaning up our water damage. You were very speedy and helpful getting us back in business. You came in and gave us a quote and were very willing and eager to work late and do what needed to be done to clean up and stop water damage. The advantage of being able to finish drying our store out by removing the rest of the water and drying the walls allowed us to open our store in a timely manner. more

I had sewage backup in my basement. The smell was awful and I wasn't about to go anywhere near it. Fort Mill Water Damage was recommended to me, they arrived quickly and took action right away. They put barricades up to reduce the smell upstairs and removed everything that was affected very fast. I really appreciated that they kept me informed with pictures and documented everything that had to be thrown away for my insurance company. I am so glad I was given their phone number and I would recommend Fort Mill Water Damage to anyone that finds themselves in a similar situation. more

I updated my home a few weeks ago and notice a lot of water damage in my bathrooms and basement I was very upset to find that out! I just want to thank Fort Mill Water Damage for making this process way easier for me. These guys absolutely took care of everything and they were done in just a day! EXCELLENT 1/30/2012

I thought that with the crash in the economy that this would be the best time to buy a new home and that may be true for some people. We recently moved into our new home and began to realize that our basement would continually have puddles forming in the corners and water literally dripping down the walls and we had no idea why. We did know that we needed to something about this before it got worse or too much time passes and we end up with long term damage. We found Fort Mill Water Damage, and they are the water damage and restoration pros. They were respectful, friendly and explained the process in full detail. great work 7/7/2011

I called Fort Mill water damage after a pipe broke in our wall in the bathroom. I was amazed at our insurance working with them. They took out the sheet rock fixed the pipe and then reinstalled everything. It looked great. I was glad how everything came out. more

I called Fort Mill water damage when our dish washer was on the fritz. We had water leaking every where from floors to carpet. I called my insurance and they worked with them wonderful. My carpets were sanitized and cleaned also they extracted all the water from our kitchen floor. more

My ice maker on the fridge decided it would be better if we had water all over the kitchen floor. The ice maker line had busted. Lucky Fort Mill water damage was able to come that same day and fix the problem. They got all the water up an sanitized all the wet areas. Then made sure everything would dry nicely for us. I was even happy they took our insurance so we had no out of pocket money we had to spend at all. more

Our washer had broke and water had come out all over our kitchen floor. I called Fort Mill water damage right away. They told me over the phone how to turn off the water which was great. The even came out to extract the rest of all the water up. Everything looked great when they were done. I was amazed they took credit card for this due to I had no insurance. more

smooth sailing 7/2/2011

What a good job by Fort Mill water damage. They came out in a jiffy and worked hard for us. My dishwasher broke and in our kitchen behold a pool of water. Our insurance recommended we call them. It went so smooth for the extraction of the water to making sure the dish washer was gone and a replacement was on the way. more
