In February of 2011, our basement that had all new carpet and freshly painted walls became soaked with water. We called Fort Mill Water Damage and they came to our aid very quickly, they set up their equipment and did what they do best. Then, one year later, we had water in our basement once again. Granted, it was due to my own fault of clogged gutters that needed to be cleaned out. Fort Mill Water Damage was at my home within 90 minutes and again did a wonderful job; they remembered our home from the year before and had a very caring attitude. I really appreciated the professionalism.
