terrible company....charged $00.00 for service call to check problem with my fibergalss pool. Walked around pool and took pictures and then told me the gell coat was coming off anf pool would have to be sanded cleaned and painted with an epoxy paint. Got quote of 7500.00 which was less the 400.00 service call amount. Took week for them to com to house and begin job. They had 3 gallons of the paint but onlu used one gallon. Quote was for one coat of paint. During the job I began to notice pink / beige strips leaching thru paint and was told to let apint cure overnight. Well it was worse the next morning. The crew showed up late and began to repaint the pool. I had to stay home from work to superviser the two men there constantly pointing out missed spots, the spent most of the time under the shade tree in my lawn furniture which was left with white epoxy paint all over two chairs. The pool was looking good and they begin to pack up there stuff. As they pulled out of my drive they backed right into the side of my car. Now this is not a company vehicle being used but a personal one. Now police called report made and now the rain comes. Ruined the new coat of paint. The next day my husband and myself repainted the pool and missed spots. This was a terrible experience and company. They did not do aby sanding of the pool surface and painted on the paint so thin that the old fiberglass leached through. I plan to file a complaint with the better business bureau. Consumers be ware of this company. The employees are never on time and know nothing. more

forchetti pools is a complete scam!!! these guys have stolen thousands of dollars from me and my family. they come across as friendly and trustworthy as first, but know how to scheme the weak and elderly. its a shame, this company has absolutely no morals nor ethics. Since they posses no skill, they pretend to start the job, pretend to order parts, and take off with your money. when I contacted my lawyer regarding their illicit business practices, I was informed that he has other clients dealing with these same slanderous scum-bags. save yourself the money, stress and time and find another reliable company to do your pool and spa work. Forchetti Pools are liars. Will never use again and advice others to do the same.\r They know pools but the business ethics is horrendous. Forchetti himself tolled me that it is $400 for pressure test, but that sum would be credited to future repair.\r They came out and detected a leak. No repairs were needed, he simply plugged the pipe. Unfortunately that did not stop the leak. Then I called to complain about it he told me that I would have to pay $400 more, because they charge $400 “per test per pipe”. Even more, he refused to apply the $400 repair credit, because “problem is in different pipe”. \r This is his business and he can set his business rules however he sees fit, but he never mentioned that “this pipe/that pipe” deal during the introduction. It was very clear cut “test the pool (all of it), apply test credit toward repairs (whatever is necessary)” I have checked, this “per pipe” thing is not in the contract I have signed either.\r On top of that he has trouble keeping appointments and returning phone calls. \r I would rather lose $400 then continue dealing with them.\r Pros: know pools Cons: business ethics is horrendous more

I am very glad I was referred to Forchetti Swim Pools Company. My Pool was severly damaged from Windstorms and Forchetti Pools hanmdled my insurance claim and fixed my pool.They did Good Job too. Pros: Great from start to finish Cons: absolutley none more

I had a leak in my cement pool and called several companies. Forchetti Pools were the only company to call back . They did charge a $295 inspection fee but allowed that to be credited towars the work(very fair). They found the leak at my Skimmer mouth and fixed it on the spot. Pool is fine now and Forchetti gets all my buisness from now on. Mel Pros: Came out same day I called them. Other companies didnt even Cons: None Completly satisfied w/ Forchetti and there workers more
