Foot Care Plus Sas Shoes

I have had 4 different styles of orthotics in my life and have been wearing them for years. Footmaxx is by far the worst thing that has happened to my feet. Theres always a period of time that you need to wear new orthotics to see if they work. I wore Footmax for over 1-1/2 mth and it took over 3 to get healed back from it. The old gentleman told me that my ins. would pay but I had to deposit my money and then send the form off for the approval. Guess what?Kissed my $460 goodbye! Mr.Wolffe also had adjusted these 3x's and gave a perfect impression of being totally clueless. My best advice is to go to a profressional qualified health care provider Podiatrist/Podorthist and not a 2nd hand shoe salesman. SAVE YOUR$$$ AND YOUR HEALTH!!! more

My wife wanted to purchase a couple pairs of the SAS shoes that are sold at this establishment. She selected two pairs and the older gentleman took our payment without even checking to see if they were available, guess what one pair was not, so we had to change selections! What a poor way to do business! Then when they came it the one pair did not fit, so he took a shoe strecher to them and a prob to get them to fit! Thank god my wife did not take them, she left them and meet with Mr. Wolfe the owner the following Monday when he was working, so all we were out was the 20 bucks restocking fee! Seriously I will think twice about doing business here again! BUYER BEWARE! more

The owner does not stand behind his product, and told me, ""That's how I stay in business."" I had my prescription orthotics rehabbed at Foot Care Plus, and they fell apart almost immediately. They had held up for almost 10 years (purchased from my chiropractor), and I was told over the phone by Foot Care Plus that I could expect my rehabbed orthotics to last at least 2 years. When I brought the poor material quality and craftmanship product in to the owner, however, I was told I was not entitled to even a partial refund. He told me my ""foot chemistry"" and ""bad shoes"" were to blame for his product's failure. more
