Review content:
The owner does not stand behind his product, and told me, "That's how I stay in business." I had my prescription orthotics rehabbed at Foot Care Plus, and they fell apart almost immediately. They had held up for almost 10 years (purchased from my chiropractor), and I was told over the phone by Foot Care Plus that I could expect my rehabbed orthotics to last at least 2 years. When I brought the poor material quality and craftmanship product in to the owner, however, I was told I was not entitled to even a partial refund. He told me my "foot chemistry" and "bad shoes" were to blame for his product's failure.
