An old fashioned, local business that really cares about its customers 6/26/2007

I've been a satisfied customer of Fontaine Landscaping for many, many years. I've used them for basic yard maintenance services and in all those years, they have never missed a week of coming to mow, edge, and remove debris from my yard, including all my leaves in the fall. It is so wonderful to come home every Monday to a neatly trimmed and cleared yard! I truly value their reliability and skilled work. The staff has always been courteous and responsive. I feel like I'm in a relationship with an old fashioned, local business that really cares about me as a customer. Those kind of businesses are hard to find these days. Prompt, reasonably priced full-service landscaping company 5/18/2007

I would highly recommend Fontaine, and have to my friends, for their prompt service, good customer service, thoroughness, range of services and pricing. They installed a beautiful 400 square foot cut stone/mortared patio last summer and my family is thoroughly enjoying it. They did a very good job raising a too low drain and installing another one. They had very good follow-up a year later when some of the speciality white mortar had crumbled. After such good service, my husband and I hired them to correct another lawn care company's mistakes and now we are enjoying a lush, green, super thick fescue lawn. They also installed three beautiful White Natchez crape myrtles for us last summer and they are looking great, too. Pros: On-time, wide-range of services, excellent customer service/attention to detail Cons: Can't really think of anything. more

Great landscaping Company 4/26/2007

Fontaine Landscaping is company I would highly recommend. Their staff is courteous, and professional. We have used them for several years for our mowing, plantings, irrigation and routine services. We have worked with many of their staff members and they have been great to work with. They are an exceptional company. It is nice to have one company for all your landscaping needs. Very disappointed! 4/12/2007

I was very excited to have Fontaine out to help with my yard. The gentleman that came out met with me and promised to draw up a plan and return. 10 days later I called and he said he'd be out in a few days. When he arrived his drawing was totally unprofessional, but we talked and he went away promising quotes and new drawings. He never returned. When I called to see what had happened I was told he wasn't with the company anymore and the person on the phone promised to find my drawings and get back to me. Four days later he hadn't.. I called again and was told it would be two weeks before they had a new person to assist me. Forget it. A customer shouldn't have to work so hard to get serviced. Excellent Landscape Job! 2/3/2007

After having my erosion problems controlled by having a retaining wall installed around my woodland yard, I was thrilled. Fontaine's landscape team was professional, started and finished the job on time and kept me updated along the way. The plants they suggested and used are also very nice. Very pleased to have nice landscaping again. 1/9/2007

Me and my wife have lived in our home for 18 years and decided to renovate the house as well as update the outside landscaping. Fontaine landscaping was one of a few companies that came out that really showed interest in what we were trying to accomplish. The quote was very detailed and easy to follow, it was a little higher than the others i recieved, but we had talked with other neighbors that use them and we felt it was the right choice. We were right, the landscape turned out beautifully and it was done in a timely manner. We get compliments on our yard now and could not of had a nicer crew on the job. more

Great Service, Great Value 11/13/2006

I own a small business and have to choose between mowing the grass or spending time with my family. Thankfully, Fontaine Landscaping offers great rates. They cut and trim the entire yard, but also clean off any hard surface (driveway, deck, patio) every time they visit. I can't wait to use them for our landscaping improvements as well. Our experience working with Fontaine was a refreshingly pleasant one! Our landscape needed a tremendous overhaul and redesign. After a few visits with different landscapers, we chose Fontaine because of their reputation around town and by looking at jobs they had done in the past. They provided a complete landscape design that took care of our needs now and future wants. Their bid for the installation was reasonable and we had them install almost all of the design. The team did an excellent job, taking extra time with us as they went through the installation. First Class operation! more
