I was very excited to have Fontaine out to help with my yard. The gentleman that came out met with me and promised to draw up a plan and return. 10 days later I called and he said he'd be out in a few days. When he arrived his drawing was totally unprofessional, but we talked and he went away promising quotes and new drawings. He never returned. When I called to see what had happened I was told he wasn't with the company anymore and the person on the phone promised to find my drawings and get back to me. Four days later he hadn't.. I called again and was told it would be two weeks before they had a new person to assist me. Forget it. A customer shouldn't have to work so hard to get serviced. I heard they do good work, but their customer services is lacking! Pros: Unknown Cons: Unreliable, unprofessional
