Folsom Glenn Car Wash

Brought in my truck for an oil change and car wash. Upgraded car wash to the Mother Lode. After the wash they parked my truck back at the oil change lot and let it air dry instead of hand drying and finishing off the service. When I tried to speak to the wash manager, he said something like ""this is as good as it gets, you feel me"". more

Today it was very crowded and so I would allow ample time to get a wash/oil change BUT it turned out being a very bad experience! I was told that it would take 1 hr total for oil change and car wash, after my car sat for 1 hr and it was still getting the oil change, I asked what was the problem? I was treated kindly and even given a free car wash for the inconvienence. The next hr passed and my car just sat in the front it became very obvious that it was be ignored. I finally asked why isnt anyone finishing the job? I asked the same worker 4 times and she never responded. Then it appeared the manager came up (by that time I am very angry) so I ask what the problem is? I was told to go ahead get in my car and leave! I said ""I am her for my car to be washed and am not leaving until it is completed"" They refused to complete the job and refused to refund my money because I didn't actually pay for the car wash. I finally left very unhappy and the tacky job and customer service turned out to be a waste of time! They appear to be too busy for the volume of clients and the customer should always leave happy not kicked off the property! Very bad business. more

I took my 6 month old car to Folsom Glenn since my car was in desperate need of a good thorough wash. The car looked great and shiny clean when it was done, however I noticed that the brushes from the carwash machine they drive it through put fine 'circular' looking scratches all over the finish. They did do a good job cleaning the interior and polishing the exterior, but I won't go back since I don't want to cause further damage to the finish. My car was recently vandalized with bright yellow paint. My son and i got most of it off but the damage still was extensive. I took the car to Folsom Glen Car Wash hoping they good detail out the residual damage. After we all looked at further it was clear that the damage was so extensive to every part of the car. The Folsom Glen Wash Managers Jay Schruer and John Boatright took charge and co-ordinated with my insurance company and the Accura dealership to get all new parts and totally clean and buff my car and replace every possible damaged part along with windows,plastic and rubber trim, windshield wipers, roof racks, runners, EVERYTHING damaged by the paint which could not be completely cleaned to their satisfaction was ordered and replaced. They did all of this in the most professional manner I have ever dealt with a business, keeping me constantly updated on the progress and also working and updating the Hertz rental people across the street so I could keep my rental while they worked on my vehicle. The result was AMAZING if not spectacular, it is so beautiful, these guys put so much heart and pride into taking care of my vehicle after a very tragic incident and I forever be so grateful that I took my vehicle to them and I highly recommend everyone take their vehicles to this business. THANKS FOLSOM GLEN CAR WASH GUYS you are the BEST. Thanks for the incredible job you did to put my vehicle into its present beautiful shining condition.
