I took my 6 month old car to Folsom Glenn since my car was in desperate need of a good thorough wash. The car looked great and shiny clean when it was done, however I noticed that the brushes from the carwash machine they drive it through put fine 'circular' looking scratches all over the finish.
They did do a good job cleaning the interior and polishing the exterior, but I won't go back since I don't want to cause further damage to the finish.
Pros: good job cleaning inside and out
Cons: cost, scratched my new car
