Today it was very crowded and so I would allow ample time to get a wash/oil change BUT it turned out being a very bad experience! I was told that it would take 1 hr total for oil change and car wash, after my car sat for 1 hr and it was still getting the oil change, I asked what was the problem? I was treated kindly and even given a free car wash for the inconvienence. The next hr passed and my car just sat in the front it became very obvious that it was be ignored. I finally asked why isnt anyone finishing the job? I asked the same worker 4 times and she never responded. Then it appeared the manager came up (by that time I am very angry) so I ask what the problem is? I was told to go ahead get in my car and leave! I said ""I am her for my car to be washed and am not leaving until it is completed"" They refused to complete the job and refused to refund my money because I didn't actually pay for the car wash. I finally left very unhappy and the tacky job and customer service turned out to be a waste of time! They appear to be too busy for the volume of clients and the customer should always leave happy not kicked off the property! Very bad business.
