I stopped in to The Floor Factory Outlet in St Augustine and need a few area carpets for 1 of our rentals the were very helpful I learned that the bind their own carpets there to any size you nee which was very helpful to us since it was an odd size that we needed and the sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable about the best carpet for our situation more

The condo my wife and I bought in 2013 needed an entirely new floor, which meant tearing out and replacing 1500 sq. ft. of old ceramic tile. Jim Marino helped us make a good choice of new tile at a fair price. Best of all, he set us up with Joseph Grosso ("Tile by Joseph" a small family business) for tear-out and installation. Joseph did a meticulous job even in our absence. No cutting corners, he was fast, and his price was fair. If only all renovation projects turned out so well! more

Robert was very helpful & knowledgeable in trying to match our tiles, found one that in his opinion was one of the best matches he has seen; added a small border for the entry way to the room. Installer called as promised within the hour to schedule the measurement today! Assuming the installation is as superior as the experience at the Store, we will be more than satisfied. more

I thoroughly enjoyed working with the people at Floor Factory Outlet. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I never felt pressured to spend more than my budget would allow or pressured to make a buy instantly. They were very accommodating to my needs. Floor Factory Outlet has already used me for a referral. If I didn't like him and his business, I wouldn't have referred him to anybody. My job was typical for a flooring job. It was dirty, it was lengthy, and it took longer than expected, but I used to be in floor business and I knew what to expect. I had tile floor installed in my kitchen. The tile was great and the workmanship was good. They were fairly clean also. They did have to come back and fix a few places where the tile had a hollow sound underneath. It was a good job, though, and I would use them again, but I pretty much have all my floors done now. more

Floor Factory Outlet's installers were absolutely incredible. They were such professional gentlemen and did a fantastic job! We can't say how much we appreciated their service, especially being new to the area. I liked that they came the day before they were going to install carpets in our four bedrooms to make sure that the measurements were perfect. Mr. Bailey told me I should paint the baseboards before the flooring work. I had not even thought of that! I got it done and realized what a tremendous tip that was. We took as much out of the rooms as we could, but they were so good with working around the rest of my equipment and wires. They knew how important it was to me that I didn't get disconnected at any point. As far as the other staff members at the flooring center itself, I never had anything but good things to say each time I went in! more

What I liked most about my dealings with Floor Factory Outlet was the fact that they were extremely quick. I used them to get carpeting in two rooms, and the speed of their selection process and installation work made everything really painless. more

Floor Factory Outlet was very helpful. I had a vacation home and they really helped me out with it. They went over to and measured it fast. They refunded me some of the money on the deposit I had with them to do the work. The job required less work than they had thought. A check was mailed back to me. The salesman went over the installers' work with me. He sent photos over the phone, so I could see the install since I was out of state. They really went above and beyond. They are professional and have great work ethics. more

I purchased indoor/outdoor carpet at a very good price and had it installed by one of their contractors. I also had a room done where I had the carpeting and only purchased the pad. Both were done very nicely and I am totally happy with the results. more

The salesman at Floor Factory Outlet was very helpful. He took me through the process and explained the timeline. They sent their installer over who was very prompt. He called me the next day and took some measurements for the tile. Next week, they came, laid the tile, and did a good job. I was totally satisfied. more

Floor Factory Outlet provided a quality product at a pretty fair price. Some of the installers were very good and considerate, but some tracked mud everywhere. When they were around to lay down my engineered hardwood floor, they were not clean with their boots at all.
