Floor Factory Outlet's installers were absolutely incredible. They were such professional gentlemen and did a fantastic job! We can't say how much we appreciated their service, especially being new to the area. I liked that they came the day before they were going to install carpets in our four bedrooms to make sure that the measurements were perfect. Mr. Bailey told me I should paint the baseboards before the flooring work. I had not even thought of that! I got it done and realized what a tremendous tip that was.
We took as much out of the rooms as we could, but they were so good with working around the rest of my equipment and wires. They knew how important it was to me that I didn't get disconnected at any point. As far as the other staff members at the flooring center itself, I never had anything but good things to say each time I went in!
