Floor Factory Outlet was very helpful.
I had a vacation home and they really helped me out with it. They went over to and measured it fast. They refunded me some of the money on the deposit I had with them to do the work. The job required less work than they had thought. A check was mailed back to me.
The salesman went over the installers' work with me. He sent photos over the phone, so I could see the install since I was out of state. They really went above and beyond. They are professional and have great work ethics.
