Great installers, great company 1/3/2014

The installers were very professional, they were able to deal with a problem that I had. The stairs at one time were not in a healthy state and they put in the oak floor which I simply love now. They gave me a fabulous price for their work and the stairs are in great condition now. more

I used Floor Coverings International of Monmouth to have my old hardwood floor taken up and replaced with a brand new one. The workers were neat and efficient. Everything about the experience worked out alright. more

A painless and joyful experience! 11/27/2013

We had a fabulous experience with Floor Coverings International of Monmouth County, NJ. They installed wood laminate in the entire upstairs and entire downstairs for us. I don't know how many times Mike Killeen, who I guess is the manager or owner of this particular branch, came here with samples for us to look at. He kept coming back with options based on whatever I threw at him. He always had something else for me. In addition to the flooring, we ended up doing a carpet runner on the stairs. Mike also did a custom rug for me in the bedroom and a round rug to go under the kitchen table. The experience was fantastic. I can't say enough good things about them! The workers who did the installation were great. I never had an issue. They cleaned up after themselves, and they just did a fabulous job. Everything was fabulous. You should shop with them first, and you'll be so happy with the results. They'll work within your budget, which is also nice. more

Very efficient, very thorough 11/19/2013

Floor Coverings International was in constant communication with me as a particular floor was needed with a particular designed. They modeled it and installed it with no problem. I'm happy with our new floor. 11/5/2013

Floor Coverings International of Monmouth County re-tiled my basement floor after we had the hurricane. They did a really nice job. The customer service was pretty good. They were on time: they delivered on time and they told me what time they were going to be here, so it worked out. Their employees were very friendly and seemed to want to meet our needs. I would definitely recommend them. They did a really nice job we our floor. They seemed trustworthy as well. more

Good service at a fair price. 10/17/2013

We hired Floor Coverings International of Monmouth County, NJ to install ceramic tiles in our home. We liked them so much, we used them twice. We didn't even have to visit their showroom. They came to our home and helped us design the best look for us. They gave us really great ideas. The whole experience was very personal. We didn't feel like they were just trying to sell us their product. Each project just took a couple of days to complete. They were good workers. We would recommend them to others because they offer good service at a fair price. more

Floor Coverings International did out hardwood floors last year and we're very happy with them. They put hardwood floors in our family room and did the tread part of our stairway and hallway. Floor Coverings International of Monmouth County, NJ provided very personal, good customer service. They were putting in office carpeting for me. I had an issue with them, but they rectified it and everything turned out very good. The carpet looks good as well. They have a very nice, professional owner. more

Excellent experience. 8/21/2013

Floor Coverings International of Monmouth County replaced tile squares in every classroom we have with new tiles. It was probably six rooms in total. And then they did another project where they put down a new carpet in the sanctuary. The installation was good and their customer service was good. They were upfront, gave professional bids, and had no delays. They were right on time. more

Floor Coverings International of Monmouth County were good. I had a general contractor that did all of this for us and they worked with him. It was my first time dealing with FCI. They were courteous, did a good job, were timely, and were pleasant to deal with. I like them. The floor is still here, so that's something. It was a tile floor they put into a sun room about two years ago. When you recommend somebody, especially when dealing with contractors, that pretty well speaks for itself. more

Floor Coverings International did the tile flooring in our master bedroom and bathroom. The sales person as well as the install team were absolutely excellent. They were right on time, said exactly what they would do, and did it. Go with them; they're good. Our tiling turned out very nice. more

Great installation and overall process 7/30/2013

Floor Coverings International of Monmouth County, NJ picked out carpet and laminate flooring a year ago in 6 different rooms. Their presentation was professional, clean, and the installers were respectful. Everything in general has maintained well this past year and I would highly recommend them! more

We were very pleased with Floor Coverings International. They did two bedrooms for us in a high rise building, which was very difficult to get up to. But they did it and did a very nice job. I think anyone would be very happy with their service if they used them. more

Floor Coverings International laid new carpet down in my basement. Their workers and salespeople were very good. The workers came in neat and orderly, put the stuff down, and were out in no time. The salesman did the same. I'm happy with the job they did. I would use them again. They're willing to work with you and they run a clean operation. more

Used for carpeting and artificial hardwood floors 5/22/2013

Floor Coverings International worked on my full carpet and after a leak damaged my dining room I asked them to come back to install artificial hardwood floors. They were good the first time and the price was fair so it made sense to want to use them again. I would highly recommend them. more

Floor Coverings International came to our house to show us samples. The owner of the company did the sales and he was a very nice guy. We made the selections we wanted. They installed it very quickly, within a week. The price was fair. more

Questionable quality of carpet 4/22/2013

The carpets haven't held up as nicely as I would have liked. The seams are very visible and after vacuuming there seems to be fuzz on top of the carpet. I was told it wasn't the lowest grade carpet so I wouldn't have expected that to happen. The installation went fine but the carpet quality really brings down their ranking for me. Accommodating 4/8/2013
