The sales team was also easy to work with. They weren't pushy, and listened to what we wanted. It was a wonderful experience. I would recommend their services. more

Great floor covering contracting experience! 2/4/2015

Floor Coverings International installed a floor covering and they had excellent follow up after the job was done. There were no problems with scheduling, the pricing was fair, and they got it done pretty quickly! It was a really nice job! Finger Lakes Bed and Breakfast more

Floor Coverings International of Rochester installed hardwood floors in my home. The man that came over and talked to us did a wonderful job. The people who installed the floors were awesome, great, and very friendly. They did a great job. I absolutely love them, and I would highly recommend them to others. I would have them come back if I had to. more

Very pleased with the company. 1/5/2015

I was very pleased with Floor Coverings International Rochester and the people that they sent out to represent them. I had them repair my floors, and everything turned out great. The person they sent out to do the work was excellent. He came on time and got the work done efficiently. He even returned a few times at no additional cost to make sure that everything was working out well. This was my first time using them, and I would definitely use them again. more

A pleasure to do business with! 12/8/2014

The sales person at Floor Coverings International from the beginning was completely honest and there was no had about the price. He was firm and told me what was going to happen if I decided to go with them. I shopped around and saw other guys who started lying from the beginning. It was a pleasure to do business do business with my initial salesperson. They carpeted my stairs and upstairs and it was fantastic. The two installers were just extremely pleasant, friendly and did their job in a timely manner. more

Just fabulous! 12/4/2014

Floor Coverings International are true professionals all the way. Both my wife and I are handicapped, and it is hard to walk around. But they moved all the furniture, came in, and did a super job. We are very pleased. They were also very good with our dog! more

Floor Coverings International Rochester is a great job with our floors in my business. They were clear about costs and they did their work in segments. We appreciated that cause they didn't interrupt us with noise. They also did follow ups which was also nice. more

Absolutely wonderful. 11/5/2014

I've already hired Floor Coverings International for an additional flooring job for my bathroom after my first experience with them. Eddie was very willing to work with me and help me figure out what would best fit my kitchen. The installers took care of everything with grace and I didn't have to lift a finger. The workmanship was excellent and they left the place very clean after the job was done. I'm very happy with the new vinyl flooring that they installed for my kitchen. The quality of their products and work is high and I'd strongly recommend them. more

They're great people to work with. 11/4/2014

Floor Coverings International did a backsplash in my kitchen and they were awesome. I really enjoyed my installer and he came back several times. After I ordered stuff, I looked at it and realized it wasn't what I thought I wanted so they went back to the drawing board and ordered more stuff. They were just awesome about it and treated me very nicely. The owner and installers were just awesome! more

Individual hands-on customer service experience with knowledgeable staff 10/9/2014

Floor Coverings has a very attentive staff. They are great at answering questions and responding to my emails. They put hardwood floors in my house and came over to my house several times to give advice, such as color choices. The staff made it a wonderful experience. more

Exceptional service 9/12/2014

We had a very good experience with Floor Coverings. They installed vinyl flooring for our kitchen and a three-seasons porch. They worked very quickly and efficiently. They did a great job! They were in and out and cleaned up after themselves extremely well. We're very happy with the outcome and would recommend them to anyone. more

Great company, and especially great owner! 8/5/2014

Yann, the owner of Floor Coverings, did the estimate for the installation of my luxury vinyl floor. He was very personable, answering all my questions clearly. When we had appointments to do the work, the installers got here promptly and cleaned up their mess at the end of the work day. They explained how to take care of my new floor after they left. The follow-up was great. I was happy with the whole experience! more

A great experience! 7/8/2014

I have already recommended Floor Coverings to several people. This was my first time using them and I am extremely satisfied. They did a great job with replacing all of the carpeting in my house and redoing linoleum with a vinyl plank flooring. It looks beautiful. I was very pleased with the installation. The project manager Micha kept things on track and ensured that everything ran smoothly. It was a great experience. more

Friendly and dependable service 7/7/2014

Everything panned out well with the flooring that Floor Coverings installed for us. My wife was impressed with the installers' ability to do the beautiful work and we haven't had any issues with it since. They installed new carpet for our basement for a comparable price. They exceeded our expectations and also did an extremely good job cleaning up. I'd definitely recommend them. more

A good experience from start to finish! 6/10/2014

I've already recommended Floor Coverings International - Rochester West. I used them for the first time for two different projects. One was at my home, and the other was at my office. Both projects were handled very professionally and very well. Yann, who is the owner of the company, was here onsite for both jobs. I thought it was good he was here. He was very responsive, and he answered all my questions really well. I was very satisfied, and I continue to be! They're an extremely good company to do business with, and I will continue to recommend them! more

They did a good job. 6/5/2014

Floor Coverings International did a good job. The service was good, they were here on time, worked, did what they were supposed to do. There was a little bubbling in the hallway after they left, but other than that, they were okay. I didn't like the fact that when they left, they threw a roller with stuff on it by my garbage can. I'm also probably asking for too much that they should vacuum out the heating vents in the rooms that they cleaned. I'm not sure that this is normally done. It was my first time using them, and I called them in to do a specific job. It wasn't a bad experience, but the only thing that I didn't like was that initially, when the man came in, he didn't give me a receipt after I gave him a down payment. I should have asked for one so it was my fault. When I asked about it when the manager came by, he told me that I got the write up, but I wanted the actual receipt. I called them a few times and finally got one, but this is just me and I'm just picky. Overall, they did a good a job. more

I used Floor Coverings International - Rochester West for the first time, and the salesman was very knowledgeable. He met me at the flooring store to help me pick out the tile when he said he would, and he gave positive feedback. The work was done when promised, and the installers were very friendly. They didn't leave a mess! more

Friendly, personable yet professional experience 5/27/2014

My experience with Floor Coverings International of West Rochester has been delightful and very professionally conducted. The in home service performed for the floor installation was exceptional. Jessica did a great job in regards of customer servicing and sales information and although the pricing was a little higher than other competitors but the customer service level was excellent and I couldn't have been more thrilled with the service. My only complaint is that they don't itemize the total bill at the end and I would have liked to see the breakdown in pricing more detailed. Jeannine L. more
