Review content:
Floor Coverings International did a good job. The service was good, they were here on time, worked, did what they were supposed to do.
There was a little bubbling in the hallway after they left, but other than that, they were okay. I didn't like the fact that when they left, they threw a roller with stuff on it by my garbage can. I'm also probably asking for too much that they should vacuum out the heating vents in the rooms that they cleaned. I'm not sure that this is normally done.
It was my first time using them, and I called them in to do a specific job. It wasn't a bad experience, but the only thing that I didn't like was that initially, when the man came in, he didn't give me a receipt after I gave him a down payment. I should have asked for one so it was my fault. When I asked about it when the manager came by, he told me that I got the write up, but I wanted the actual receipt. I called them a few times and finally got one, but this is just me and I'm just picky.
Overall, they did a good a job.
