My experience with Floor Coverings International of West Rochester has been delightful and very professionally conducted. The in home service performed for the floor installation was exceptional. Jessica did a great job in regards of customer servicing and sales information and although the pricing was a little higher than other competitors but the customer service level was excellent and I couldn't have been more thrilled with the service. My only complaint is that they don't itemize the total bill at the end and I would have liked to see the breakdown in pricing more detailed.
