In response to the review cited on July 22, 2009. The foundation of our company is predicated from ""Good to Great"" a book written by Jim Collins. We are passionate about our people and client's. We are a very regimented, process oriented, and results driven company. As a Premium Retailer for Verizon WIreless we are among the elite in the United States as far as Employee and Client Satisfaction. In all fairness please form your own opinion if necessary. Please visit any of our locations and speak with any of our associates. This will act as the best barometer to judge the climate and culture of our company
