Renttoday.us has helped me so much. After having to relocate to California from Nevada, they made the transition smooth and easy. I found their site online and immediately loved one of their homes they had posted. The sales agent was nice enough to go to the property and take additional pictures and email them to me. I was convinced and decided to lease the property sight unseen. They emailed me the lease and even paid for me to overnight it back. When I moved in, the property was nicer than it looked in the pictures and was in immaculate condition. I've never dealt with such a great company or been so pleasantly surprised. Also, I saw a bad review from a tenant who didn't get their deposit and would like to add a note about my own experiences. I own several properties in Nevada which I self manage and rent out on my own. Having dealt with numerous tenants for years, I've come to realize that a lot of people are delusional. People need to understand that their perception of ""clean"" is not what is necessary to make the property rentable. They leave the place a filthy mess and expect another tenant to accept it in that condition? One crazy tenant even threatened to file a police report! I just moved out of a property that i rented from renttoday i received my deposit back minus a charge for acouple of broken blinds(which i admit was my fault)\r i see on this website that someone was unhappy with not receiving her deposit...maybe his/her definition of clean is not everyone else's. If you have done your propert research and due diligence, you will discover that hands down Renttoday.us is superior above any management company I have surveyed thus far. I am an avid real estate investor and have homes all over Southern California in which I rent out through management agencies. I am alwasy on the lookout for great companies and I have talked to almost all of the firms in the area. I found Renttoday.us on craigslist through one of their many rental ads and was intrigued by their marketing style and fresh approach to the business. I spoke in great lengths to one of their account executives who was very patient, took me through thier entire process, and was able to email me a large amount of information including rental comps, the actual management contract, and a large list of FAQ's. Their fees are significantly lower than every other company I have used, their services are very comprehensive and I have not found a hidden fee to date! They are very upfront with all costs, scenarios, and do not attempt to paint an overly rosy picture of how the rental process works. I can't say enough about how thankful I am to have found Renttoday.us to manage my home. I was working with another management company and it was a complete nightmare. I was sucked in by thier claim that they would find me a great tenant and if not, they would pay for the eviction! At first, I thought that was a great claim for a company to make and it is, if it's actually true. In this case, my tenant defaulted after about the 3rd month and the management company who promised to take care of the eviction for FREE never initiated the eviction and refused to take my calls after I asked them about this. My tenant hadn't paid for over two months and they kept insisting they were working on it and had made arrangements with him that never happened. They never started the eviction process, I'm not even sure if they knew how to do an eviction and I was forced to find another company to help me out. Well, in comes Renttoday.us! I spoke with them and they immediately initiated eviction proceedings on my tenant. I paid a flat rate of $1395 which I was happy to do at this point and within 4 weeks my tenant was out of the home as they had promised and there were no hidden costs or fees. They found me a new tenant and they also helped me with all the work in my home that the old tenant caused. They were a true lifesaver in a tough time. Renttoday.us is a great company. I had spent many days calling around and searching for a professional and reliable management firm to take care of my three houses in Rancho Cucamonga and Fontana. I reviewed all of Renttoday's information and it was all very self-explanatory and easy to follow. I spoke several times to a few of their staff members who were all very friendly and each time i called or emailed i was responded to right away, which is something that I look for in a company. So far, Renttoday.us has managed my homes for almost 1 year and everything has gone according to plan. My tenant has been very successful in paying on time and the repairs have been to a minimum. \r I was very impressed with Renttoday.us after working with them! My husband and I were relocating from out of state and were looking for a home to move into. I had viewed various rental sites, spoken with agents, and spent many weeks researching properties. After speaking with a variety of different companies, real estate agents, and owners I decided that I definitley wanted to work with a professional property management company. Real estate agents seemed to flaky and just wanted to put me into anything and working with the owners directly was completely out of the question. Most owners i dealt with were very unprofessional and some were even rude! One owner asked me to provide my own credit report, another asked my race and what ages my children were, they were hard to get a hold of, etc. I found Renttoday.us because their properties were practically everywhere I looked on-line. I went to their rental site and was very happy to know that you can view all of the information for free without having to give any information and you can also apply for free for any home. I called them the next day and they were very professional and patient with all of my questions. I wanted to make sure that if I had any repair issues, they would be taken care of promptly and I wanted to know if they made the decision or if it was up to the owner. They advised me that as long as it was a qualified repair and non-cosmetic it would be at thier discretion, which I liked. Wow, where do i begin? Rent today came into my life when I was ready to give up owning rental properties altogether! I was completely frustrated with other companies I had been working with due to their non-responsiveness and all around casual attitude about how they were handling my home. My tenant hadn't paid their rent in over two months and no eviction had even been started and the attempts to collect were weak at best. I found out later that the reason my old company didn't evict the tenants was because in their sales material, they claim to guarantee every tenant or they will pay for the eviction! That was a major joke and lie because the trick is, they never send the tenant to eviction and it's actually cheaper to lose me as a client then to pay the $1500 or so in legal costs. Well, i fell for that one unfortunately. When I came across Renttoday.us it was like a breath of fresh air. I spoke to someone there who patiently explained the entire eviction process in detail and all the costs and exactly what they would need to get going right away. It all made perfect sense and I immediately got rid of my old company and let them start the eviction. Not a surprise but my old company never even responded to my cancellation and to this day never have returned my keys or information. Anyway, Rent today got my tenant out of there in just 4 weeks, I was charged a flat fee of $1395 for the whole process just like they quoted and in about 1 more week they had my home completed repainted, cleaned, landscaped, and had a tenant waiting. It was amazing. My new tenant has been in the home about 6 months now and so far, so good! Renttoday.us is great! I had previously worked with a few other management companies in the area who were completely incompetent. One left my home vacant for over 6 months and the other let a tenant remain in the home for 4 months without paying rent then left me with thousands of dollars in damages and monies to collect on by myself. I was referred to Renttoday.us by my Mom who used them for her home in Laguna Niguel. They had found her a tenant in just a week and were always very responsive and friendly. I called them and had almost an hour conversation directly with the broker and felt very comfortable with their processes and guidelines. She also gave me a wealth of information on where to invests next, the economy, and foreclosure...it was great. They have been managing my home for about 1 year and a half now and I have no complaints. Even when there are issues such as a major repair or payment issue with the tenant, they are all over it. I would definitely recommend Renttoday.us to other people and I often do. I don't usually give reviews but I felt compelled to go on-line and give this one because I'm so grateful someone who actually knows what they're doing is looking out for me and my home. Renttoday.us manages all of my properties located in California. Their staff is very professional and attentive and Jaimee in the accounting department is a joy to work with. Being an environmentally conscious person myself, I appreciate their efforts to help our environment by sending all of my invoices via email and keeping waste to a minimum. It's great that they take full advantage of the technology available nowadays. If they worked out of state, I would give them all of my properties in Texas as well. I dont usually post blogs, but I thought this company deserves some good recognition. I own a small 4plex in Riverside, I managed it myself for years, but got tired of managing my tenants. I found West Coast on the Internet a few months ago, called them up spoke to one of the reps. I didnt sign on right away because I wanted to do some comparison shopping, but didnt find anything that compared with WEst Coast. They offered me a risk free contract, which honestly threw me for a loop. My property isnt in the best condition but their construction company hooked me up with a fairly decent price to do a small rehab on the property. I had 2 empty units which were leased out within about 30 days of siging up with them. So far so good, I get paid on time, and if for whatever reason a tenants late, I get a call or an email to let me know. I do recommend WCPS to any one looking to rent out their house. I have 1 home in Corona, 3 homes in Fontana, and they helped me purchase a 4-unit apartment building in Riverside by the college which they manage as well. They also helped me purchase a home in Corona for 100k below market, successfully got the occupant out by the time of close without an evictio and completed a 50k rehab on the home and had it re-leased out in 30 days!
