I dont usually post blogs, but I thought this company deserves some good recognition. I own a small 4plex in Riverside, I managed it myself for years, but got tired of managing my tenants. I found West Coast on the Internet a few months ago, called them up spoke to one of the reps. I didnt sign on right away because I wanted to do some comparison shopping, but didnt find anything that compared with WEst Coast. They offered me a risk free contract, which honestly threw me for a loop. My property isnt in the best condition but their construction company hooked me up with a fairly decent price to do a small rehab on the property. I had 2 empty units which were leased out within about 30 days of siging up with them. So far so good, I get paid on time, and if for whatever reason a tenants late, I get a call or an email to let me know. I do recommend WCPS to any one looking to rent out their house. If you dont believe me call them up. Dont worry their not a scam, they really are risk free.
Pros: dont have to worry about my house. ITS IN GOOD HANDS!
