Terrific! 4/15/2016

John called 5 minutes before his appt to let us know he was running late. As it turned out, he was right on time. He explained the price , what he was going to do, and got to it. He was finished in 45 minutes and the carpets looked great! He was so professional and personable that we will certainly have him back. Thanks, 5 Star. more

Needed help quick! 4/15/2016

Five Star was quick to come out and do an excellent job when I called. Another company had left my tenants high and dry with their furniture all piled into the kitchen awaiting their arrival. Five Star Carpet came to the rescue, did an excellent job and I highly recommend them as the ones to call for any carpet cleaning you might need! more

It took longer than I expected for the carpet to dry. We called to see if we should put scotch guard on, perhaps he could have suggested it. more

Carpets look great! 3/25/2016

Five Star Carpet Cleaning & Restoration cleaned our carpets in three rooms in the house. They were on time, in fact they maybe were even a little early, which is a good thing. They were super friendly and trustworthy. Most importantly the carpets came out very nice. No issues with the service at all. more

Truly five star carpet cleaning. 3/24/2016

Was very happy with the work Five Star Carpet Cleaning & Restoration did. I just had them do general carpet cleaning in my home and they arrived on time and did the work I wanted done and the carpets look much better now. I would definitely use them again when I need the carpets done. They were professional and obviously knowledgeable. more

I have been using Five Star Carpet Cleaning & Restoration for ten years, and they are the best! Most recently, they seamed all of my carpets. I would not go anywhere else! Paul, Scott, and John are the nicest people in the world. They are always on time and they are really good guys. They deliver personal service every time. We are very pleased 3/1/2016

Five Star Carpet Cleaning & Restoration was here a couple days ago and they cleaned the carpets in the family room, dining room, front room, hallway and bedroom, and everything turned out beautifully. We have used them a couple times before, but we haven't been regular. Starting this next year, we will do it annually. They are very professional and they not only give an estimate ahead of time, but they stick to it. They also explain the steps and if there is trouble spot, they say what they did there. In front of the chair I sit in there were dark marks, but it was gone after they cleaned it and the carpet dried. They are congenial and good people to work with. We called them and within a couple days they responded and said they could do the carpet, which we were pleased with. They were in and out in a short period of time, and I couldn't believe it because they did that much work. more

Very happy with the results. 2/10/2016

John called when they were going to be 5 minutes late. The carpets were cleaned in a professional way and we were very happy with the results. John also offered to do some extra chair seats at no additional cost. Which we appreciated. We were asked to call if there was anything we weren't satisfied with and they would return to make it right. more
