Review content:
Five Star Carpet Cleaning & Restoration was here a couple days ago and they cleaned the carpets in the family room, dining room, front room, hallway and bedroom, and everything turned out beautifully. We have used them a couple times before, but we haven't been regular.
Starting this next year, we will do it annually.
They are very professional and they not only give an estimate ahead of time, but they stick to it. They also explain the steps and if there is trouble spot, they say what they did there. In front of the chair I sit in there were dark marks, but it was gone after they cleaned it and the carpet dried.
They are congenial and good people to work with. We called them and within a couple days they responded and said they could do the carpet, which we were pleased with. They were in and out in a short period of time, and I couldn't believe it because they did that much work.
