Good Quality Service 2/2/2016

I had Five Star Carpet Cleaning & Restoration come out to my residence to clean my carpets for several rooms. I showed them the areas that needed extra attention and they were able to solve the issues I had. I think they did a good job and I am very pleased with the outcome. They also have competitive prices. more

They got my carpets really clean! 1/28/2016

We called Five Star Carpet Cleaning & Restoration because we have an RV and they came in and cleaned carpets inside and go them very clean. We used them once before for the same purpose and will continue to go there because they are professional and don't waste time getting the job done. You can't argue the results and the results are great. more

Good job and we would use them again 1/26/2016

Five Star Carpet Cleaning & Restoration cleaned wall-to-wall carpets in the living room and bedroom. It's probably our second time using them. Everything turned out well and they were receptive to problem areas. The technicians were on time and professional and didn't leave the carpeting overly wet at all--it wasn't bad. Their prices were very good and I would use them again because they did a good job. more

Five Star Carpet Cleaning & Restoration cleans my carpets and they always do a terrific job. They take the time necessary to get the stains out and they're very professional. They always explain things thoroughly and they're a great organization, you couldn't possibly get a better carpet and upholstery cleaner than Five Star Carpet. more

They did a fine job. 1/22/2016

Five Star Carpet Cleaning showed up a few minutes early and they came in and told us exactly what they needed to do and we told them what we would like to have done. They told us to come back in 30 minutes and when we did they explained what they had done and we were very pleased with the quality of work the men provided. I was recommended this company from someone else and I am very glad they did because they do great work. more

Five Star always does a good job on my carpets. 1/2/2016

Five Star has cleaned our carpets for several years. They have always been friendly and willing to advise me as to how to maintain the carpets. They spend a lot of time on hard to get out stains. They come out right away when I call. They can usually get most stains out. They are very helpful and do a good job. Thank you Five Star. more

We made a short notice appointment and they were able to accommodate our request. Very friendly staff and did an excellent job! Did not try to push services we didn't need. They also showed up when expected. Carpets look great!!! more

The only company I ever call or ever recommend people to 12/27/2015

I've been using 5 Star for several years. This year it was for furniture cleaning and "John" did the best job ever considering the furniture is micro fiber and it is overstuffed and it was pretty dirty. The guys were on time and very efficient and i am very very happy with the job they did. I live in an RV community and people are always asking about carpet and furniture cleaning and I will continue to recommend 5 Star to anyone asking about cleaning services. thanks for a job well done more
