I hired Five Star Limousine to provide two limousine for a wedding. They were very professional and easy to work with. They had very good service. We had zero problems. They took us from Fort Mill to Charlotte. I would use them again and I would recommend them to anybody looking for a limousine service. more

Very professional service that goes above and beyond to deliver great experience. 10/22/2014

I have used Five Star Limousine twice now because they provided amazing service the first time. The first time we hired them we used them for a wine tour. The driver actually had a tour mapped out for us and took the extra step to put together the route for us. He also called the restaurant to make reservations, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. The second time we used them we rented a limo for a birthday party. The driver was there ten minutes ahead of time, and was very professional. I love that they take the extra step to provide better service, and will definitely be using them again. more

We used your service for our Homecoming ceremony. It was calling for a down pour and when I called to possibly reschedule, your company was very gracious. Thank you very much! We will use you again next year and recommend you to our students for prom. We also left umbrellas in the trunk and the driver, on his own, returned to our original destination and brought them back to us. We appreciate you! more

I have used Five Star Limousine plenty of times in the past to take my family out to dinner. I think they're reasonably priced and they provide great service. We have had Foy drive us on multiple occasions and he does a good job. more

Could be called "Ten Star Limousine!" 8/19/2014

To sum it up simply, Five Star Limousine provided high-quality, friendly service and I highly recommend them to anyone! The limo we rented was beautiful quality. Plus, I had gotten quotes for at least double the amount Five Star charged! The price was very good and affordable. I was very impressed with the way Al stayed in contact with me. He was very prompt in answering my questions. We had rented the limo for a group of teens, so I wanted to make sure the kids were not just dropped off and left alone. Once we met the driver, Terrance, it was clear he cared about their safety. He was awesome, and the kids loved him! more

A Great Company 8/18/2014

We used Five Star Limousine for a wedding transport. Both the driver and Al were very nice and easy-going. The interior of the limousine was AMAZING. In fact, the limo had been just redone prior to our rental. Al was very eager to help. Anytime I called him, he would answer or call right back. They were there when we needed them to be there. My only complaint is that they told us it would fit fifteen people, which is how many guests, including ourselves, we had riding in the limo. However, it seemed like the inside could only fit ten people, maybe twelve people at the most. We were a little bit crammed inside. Some of the guests had to sit on coolers. Other than that, there were no other issues. It was a great company, and I am glad we chose them. more

I've been very pleased with Five Star. Their vehicles are all new and comfortable, their drivers are professional (I usually have Daryl-great guy and driver), and the drivers have shown up a little early every time I've used the company. Highly recommended. more

Driver was early and very professional. I would have given 5 stars across the board, however, the vehicle was a bit out of date on the inside, and the AC did not work like it should have, so it was a bit stuffy inside. The radio also did not work so well. Other than that, the experience was awesome!! more

Five Star Limo was very easy to work with. Scheduling was very easy and all of my questions were answered. The service was confirmed a couple days before our event. The limo arrived promptly at the requested time. Our driver was friendly and professional and the service was excellent.
