OK SO I RESERVED A LIMO FROM ANOTHER COMPANY WHO DECIDED TO CANCEL AT THE LAST MINUTE. I TALKING ABOUT THE DAY PRIOR. SO I CALLED 5STAR LIMO AND AL WAS VERY KIND. THE LIMO WAS FOR...

FIVE STAR 5/19/2016

We used FiveStar for our son's prom this past weekend...Al was MORE than accommodating to all of our last minute route changes and pick up/drop off times....the small crisis we had with one of the kids forgetting something at the house...and the delay of our evening because we parents wouldn't stop taking pics! He was patient with us, respectable and the kids felt like superstars! He arrived early and gave superb service from beginning to end...even the kids commented to us on how much they enjoyed the experience and how good Al was to them. The superstar experience ended with Al dropping everyone off....opening the door and shaking hands with each of his guests...he treated our teenagers like royalty. Five Stars all around...thank you, Al! more

I have no complaints; they are good 5/18/2016

I have been using Five Star Limousine for 10 years, and they are prompt, safe, friendly, and educated. They know where they are going and they don't get lost. I think their drivers are always on time and close by when needed. The most impressive part of the service is that I'm able to call Al and get a car when I want it, and I have no complaints. His is a small company that grew into a pretty good size company with a good reputation. He is legit--straight up. more

I use Five Star Limousine every year for our birthday and they are awesome. They are just a really, really good limo company that is always on time and has consistent pricing. One of the things they do is give me the particular driver I prefer, and they are able to accommodate that every time without question. They are just awesome. more

Superior Service from Start to Finish! 5/6/2016

To start the owner was respectful and patient with me as we went back and forth trying to make time for me to view the Limo for my son's Prom night. The driver arrived ON-TIME! The LIMO was AWESOME, it was clean inside and out. My son, his date and her family loved the Limo, the kids looked and felt like a million bucks all night. The driver, not going to say name... WAS OUTSTANDING, he took good care of our kids and we are all grateful for him and his Superior Customer Service. Thank You Five Star Limousine , you played a big part in the memories we made that night. Five Star indeed! more

Outstanding Limo Service that Exceeded our Expectations 4/24/2016

We used Five Star Limousines for Prom and our driver was Foy. Foy was absolutely wonderful from start to finish and our kids had such a wonderful time. They thoroughly enjoyed every minute of it. Foy went above and beyond to make their night the best possible. He even called me personally the next day to let me know what a great group of kids we had and how respectful they were. I really appreciate that especially since these days it seems people only tell you the negative things and never the good so that meant a lot! Five Star Limousine is an outstanding limo service and they definitely exceeded all our expectations! I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future! more

Great experience 4/18/2016

We rented the 2016 escalade (the suv) since it was only me and my girlfriend for our 2016 prom. And we enjoyed every Minute of it . Our driver Al started the night off great arriving 20 mins before expected and not waisting any time to make my trip and also my girlfriends nothing less that amazing. Excellent service since we had an suv me and my girl both got in on two opposite sides I asked him not to open mine but to always open hers when she got in and when she also got out. And he did it each and every time without any hesitation. It was great would recommend to anyone. more

I have worked with this company before and have always had the experience that they are extremely reliable, competitively priced, have well-maintained cars and experienced drivers. Our last experience was with a prom group of 10. The driver was courteous, on-time and dependable. I was 100% comfortable having him drive our children. This is a great company that I would certainly recommend to everyone! more

Did this for a girls' day out! Great friend surprised us all when Al showed up in a stretch limo! The limo was super nice and Al was great! I would recommend them to anyone. I have already reserved another limo for a bachelorette party in April. more
