PURE AWESOMENESS!!!!! 2/7/2017

OK SO I RESERVED A LIMO FROM ANOTHER COMPANY WHO DECIDED TO CANCEL AT THE LAST MINUTE. I TALKING ABOUT THE DAY PRIOR. SO I CALLED 5STAR LIMO AND AL WAS VERY KIND. THE LIMO WAS FOR MY DAUGHTERS 17TH BDAY DINNER WITH HER FRIENDS AND NO ADULTS. HE ASSURED ME THAT HE WOULD TAKE CARE OF MY DAUGHTER AND HER FRIENDS AND HE DID JUST THAT. THE RESTAURANT WAS VERY BUSY AND THE DINNER LASTED ABOUT 2 HOURS LNGER THAN EXPECTED. AL JUST WAITED PAITENTLY AND BNEVER COMPLAINED ONE TIME. WHEN MY GIRLS CAME HOME, THEY SAID THAT AL WAS SO NICE TO THEM AND HE WAS THE BEST DRIVER. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND 5 STAR LIMO FOR ALL OF YOUR FORMAL (AND NOT SO FORMAL) NEEDS. ASK FOR AL, HE IS THE BESTEST! more

Used for a business trip, very professional driver and quick follow-up 12/19/2016

I used Five Star Limousine for a business trip. They were one of the few companies who got back to me right away when I was making inquiries; they followed up immediately with a phone call and even followed up a second time when I didn't have a chance to call back, which I appreciated. The driver was very professional and did a good job. The pricing was comparable, a bit higher than others, but they showed up on time and did an excellent job. I would use them again and I recommend their service. more

Awesome Service 12/17/2016

The party of girls for our daughter 16th birthday have been talking for days about how much fun they had in the limo . Al was super nice and gave the girls an experience of a lifetime. I would defiantly rent from 5 star again. Also highly recomend the brand new Chrysler Escalade as its the state of the art and the girls were wow'ed with the limo. more

Ten stars! 11/7/2016

I would give these people a ten! Five Star Limousine were very polite and efficient. Me and my wife took our grand kids to a children's museum and used their services to get there. We had a great time, the guy driving the vehicle, he helped us get in and out very quickly and nicely. He was a really great guy! Really very nice, polite, and professional. I would recommend Five Star Limousine, absolutely. more

Great experience! 8/24/2016

I am so thankful we chose Five Star Limousine for our daughter's prom outing. The entire process was absolutely a 5 star experience. The driver performed all of his duties at the highest caliber and, as a parent, that was very reassuring to know. The interaction between the driver, the passengers, and even the parents taking pictures was so comfortable and also very personable. When the kids left for their evening, I was relieved as well as confident in our choice. Overall, I definitely recommend Five Star Limousine to anyone needing limo service. They are the best! more

The customer service aspect was great! 8/11/2016

Five Star Limousine did a great job in responding to me and handling everything for the set up. I hired them for my sister's bachelorette party and had them pick up all the bridesmaids. Some had to wait outside for a lengthy time so that was a bother. The whole party was stressful to plan anyway - but when travel time ran short - I felt like it could have been communicated and handled better. I spent a lot of money for guests to wait and travel time to run short - not the plan I had. The gentleman who set everything up was amazing! I just wish the timing could have been more convenient for all the guests. I still recommend them though because everything else was really nice! more

I RENTED THE HUMMER 12 -14 PERSON ON JULY 01 2016 FOR MY CHILD 13TH BIRTHDAY AND IT WAS A SURPRIZE FOR HER AND OUR DRIVER BUDDY SMITH WAS THE VERY BEST HE MADE OUR DAY HE WAS AMAZING THE TOOK US ON THE TOWN OF CHARLTTE RIDING AROUND THEN A FEW STOP THEN TO A PLACE CALLED PIKE'S SODA SHOP FOR ICE CREAM HE MADE MY CHILD A BIRTHDAY TO NEVER FORGET I CANT WAIT TO RENT AGAIN IN THE NEXT YEARS TO COME............ more
