I have to admit I was some what skeptical about buy from this dealership after reading these reviews, man these reviews were way off. I had a great expercience and the sales staff provided the best lever of professionalism. From the moment i drove up I was greeted and asked all the right things, the salesman actually helped me find the perfect SUV for me and my family. I can honestly say if you read these reviews and you take them to heart you are going to be let down. you need to go in for yourself to see how well they treat you.? more

Satisfied Customer 7/22/2010

Me and my daughter have just relocated here from Florida. We were in the market for a small preowned car for her. I called the dealership to inquire about the diffrent model, and the sales consultant advised me to come take a look at the selections. I was impress with the large selection I was able to choose from and the salesman was very kind and courteous and answered all my questions. I will admit I was reluctant to go out and look around for a vehicle, because I am a woman, and all the horror stories I've heard. But the folks at Five Star Chevrolet made me feel at home and no pressure. I am a satisfied customer, and I am a customer for life :) more

Love my new F-150 7/21/2010

This dealership is the best place I've ever bought a truck. They worked with me on payments and made it very easy! Awesome selection of trucks, excellent customer service, made me feel like part of the family. They didn't try to sell me junk or anything I didn't want. They don't pressure you at all. Dishonorable (The kind of people that prey on the elderly and the stupid.) 2/6/2010

Good: They smile a lot.. Bad: Everything else. Labor and parts rates are outrageous. They try to talk you into services and parts you don't really need. Their basic oil change is $60, but they try to sell you the $90 version.. Other: Their labor rates are outrageous - they charge you for the time the book says it should take. I estimate their markup on parts to be 200% based on the same part from Autozone or ORileys. To check your engine light is $110 (a service that some Autozones and O'Rileys will do for free). To keep their service rating high with GM, they will pay you $50 to bring your customer survey to them to mail - so they can throw out the bad ones.. more

service department 9/30/2005

The service department of this dealership is the best. We have been there on several occasions with car problems. They have always treated us honest and fair. They have even offered to give us a loaner car for days till our car issues have been fixed. And did not charge for this. And they are honest from the start of the work..no hidden costs to surprise you at the pick up of the fixed car. more
