but we don't make any claims about the content of these pages. We strongly believe

Good: They smile a lot.. Bad: Everything else. Labor and parts rates are outrageous. They try to talk you into services and parts you don't really need. Their basic oil change is $60, but they try to sell you the $90 version.. Other: Their labor rates are outrageous - they charge you for the time the book says it should take. I estimate their markup on parts to be 200% based on the same part from Autozone or ORileys. To check your engine light is $110 (a service that some Autozones and O'Rileys will do for free). To keep their service rating high with GM, they will pay you $50 to bring your customer survey to them to mail - so they can throw out the bad ones..
